Why can't my Nexus 4 exchange photos after 5.0.1 up date?

nexus 4 cannot exchange photos after 5.0.1 up date

nexus 4 message on start up your android release doesnt allow change date state. please set in every profile the value no change to data. This is after up date to 5,0.1

Welcome to the forums. Have you tried clearing the cache in recovery or a reset?
