Why can't my S5 download much applications and can't change from 3g-4g?

why cant my s5 download much applications and cant change from 3g-4g?

i just flashed my s5. at first it shows mediatek when i switch it on but i fixed that with *#0066#. but now if i try to download, it tells me memory full (both for phone and sd memory). also i cant connect to 4g, the camera is blurry, the battery drains easily n goes off at 44% and the WiFi connection fluctuates (like doesnt connect till you go close to the wifi). please help guys. thanx

Welcome to Android Central! If it says Mediatek, it isn't a genuine Samsung device--it's a clone or knockoff. No genuine Samsung device uses Mediatek processors. Since it's a knockoff, it might very well have very little internal storage (or it might use the outdated method of partitioning Internal Storage into a small App Storage area and a larger Internal SD).
