Why can't my Snapchat no longer work outside of wifi?

snapchat: no longer working outside of wifi

Since the new snapchat update i havent been able to use the app outside of wifi. Not a single freature. This has been going on since the day i updated the app. Ive done all possible troubleshooting. Restarting my phone, killing the app, reinstalling the app, making sure data is turned on. none of these have solved the issue. Ive contacted snapchat support and no response (of course) and im just kinda sitting here twiddling my thumbs. Anyone have the same problem? Im on a samsung galaxy avant.
