Android Central Question

Hello everyone. I'm having a major problem in my new Note 4's Spen: I can't remove its tip. I've tried using my WACOM nib remover tool to remove it, tried using my fingers, my pliers, an adjustable wrench, and a pair of tweezers—and it's not coming out. My Note 4 didn't come with any replacement nibs or a tool to remove its nibs, and it's getting frustrated to see my Spen being worthless soon.

Phone model: SM910S (I ordered an SM910F, but it soon transpired that I got a Korean model.)

The Samsung Note 4 S pen comes with the removal tool and tips. Are you sure you didn't get a Chinese copy that doesn't have replaceable tips?

Hey there, Rukbat. It's still me, the lad who's asking about this. Is it a Chinese copy? Nay, it's not; I've been comparing it with my mom's two-year-old Note 4, and it's real—it's just that it's a Korean variant. The tip still springs—which gave me a good sign that it's genuine—but it can't be pulled out of my S pen sadly.

Then something is wrong, because Samsung says that the Note 4 S-Pen has a removable tip and comes with the tip puller and a package of tips.

But not for me. I opened this up with my sister, who has a nib puller tool from her Note 5, and she can't pull it out either.

My Note 4 (SM-910F) pen tip is easily removable if you have fingernails. If you can't, then it's either a fake or Samsung changed the specifications before the Note 4 was ended.

My phone came with a claw and 4 replaceable tips.

The rubber end of mine isn't spring loaded.
