Certain social media or messaging platforms give the user an option to update their status on their profile, so presumably she changed it to "Gone to the gym." If it's been like that for a long time, she probably forgot to change it. Try other ways of reaching her. If you haven't been able to contact her for an unusual length of time, then try some of her friends. Of course, if the situation is alarming, contact the local authorities.
