Why did I stop getting USPS Shortcode delivery notifications?

About a month ago I all of sudden stopped getting delivery notifications from USPS.

I contacted T-Mobile and the CSR can see the messages going both ways, but I don't see them on the phone.
I even purchased a new Motorola G 2025 phone. The problem continues.

I have checked for Blocked Numbers/Text Contact.
I am using the default Google Messenger program.

I DO GET Shortcode messages from other sources.

This is driving me crazy.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.
