Why did my Samsung Galaxy S6 go back to factory settings on it's own?

Today, when i was getting my phone a charge, it turned off for a while and when i tried turning it on, my phone had a cyan/blue screen for a while and after a second i saw a factory settings setup. My phone has broken charging port and i needed to spend some time to find a place to correctly charge it. Sometimes it was having blackscreen and a "X" were appearing in corners and then it was being normal after few seconds but today when my phone was on 7% battery it just turned off while i was trying to put it into charging. When i was pressing power button it just showed me this factory settings setup. Rn, my phone is in "vegetable state" because i won't know when it was charging and when it wasn't charging. It shutdown and when i tried to charge it, i found a spot that it is charging, screen showed battery charging but not for long. In this time i tried to turn it on to see what happened but it was just stuck on "charging" battery and 30 mins after this. It's still blackscreen.

Sounds like you might multiple issues, should take it to repair center or maybe move on from the device.

ok, i did register rn. I won't take it to repair center because last time i was in there to replace battery (to same phone) they tried to scam me, about moving to other device, rn i haven't got money because i am teenager and my parents aren't going to buy me a new phone because we haven't got lots of money. Only way for me is repairing this one somehow. And rightnow, i have my phone connected to my laptop and it looks like it's charging but i think it is same thing that i said before.

ok, i did register rn. The phone should see a repair center , maybe try different ones , possible bad battery ,screen, charging port ..it needs to be physically inspected
