Why did my screen go off and have lines all over it?

why did my screen got off and have ligns all over it

please note got my phone on the battery, it was full charged, suddenly screen turned into ligns grey green white and since then cannot turn my phone on
please advise what to do

It looks to me like screen failure.

Do you have any local repair shops that can give you an estimate for repairs? If it is a screen issue, sometimes changing those out can be tricky. Some of the connectors and ribbons are quite fragile and can easily be damaged.

thanks, i already take it, it seems the memory data is damaged not the screen
