My old Samsung Galaxy J3 eclipse has recently gotten an update. It came out of nowhere and was very surprising. At first it seemed like a good update, everything looked smoother and I could watch youtube even when I wasn't on the app.
The only thing that was bad was that my volume became very loud. My bluetooth headphones used to have it's own volume, the phone could be loud and the headphones could be quiet, I had complete control over my volume. After the update this all went away and my volume became very loud. The headphone volume and the phones volume combined. My volume is turned down all the way too.
I've tried going into the setting and messing with the volume but nothing works. I've even tried downloading apps (Samsung Volume Assistant).
All I need is a way to fix my volume and turn it down. I hate this new update and it didn't fix any of my pervious problems, instead it added more.
