Why did my whole application dock move?

Whole application dock moved

I can still change the application shortcuts that appear in the dock by long-pressing them, but the dock itself now sits in the center of my screen instead of below the white home page indicators. Suggestions?

Welcome to Android Central! Is your phone rooted or unrooted? Are you running stock TouchWiz, or a 3rd party launcher?

Try rebooting the phone. If that doesn't work, try wiping the cache partition, which won't erase any personal data: Reset: Samsung Galaxy S 4 | T-Mobile Support
