Why did one pic I took on my Galaxy S4 reproduce itself 64 times & the picture looks split in half?

I was shooting a drummer last night and kept shooting so I could get his in motion effects. It showed that I had taken each picture but today when I looked at all that I took, there were 64 of the same picture and the 2 sides of the pic is in 2 colors and the 2 sides of where the cymbal is located, is not matched properly. What happened?? I have a new 32 GB Sandisk microSD card and all the other pictures and videos are fine, including any I took a few days before.

Open system settings - applications - gallery. Clear cache and see if that helps with the way the image(s) are displayed.
