why did texting stop from one other device to my S3

We have two phones S3 and the S4 we have always been able to text each other but now I can text the S4 but I do not recieve the texts that come back. Help

Have you made sure the number hasn't been added accidentally to the spam list?

Do you receive text messages from all other numbers?

Have you tried rebooting your device?
