Why did the volume in my cell stop working with Bluetooth?

[AC Question]

When I place a call from my car via Bluetooth. There is no sound. I have to hit my volume button on my cell to hear the call. Which then disconnects my Bluetooth.

I connected my husband's cell and the volume works fine.

Something in my cell stopped working. How do I fix it? Moto Z Droid. Thank you..
