Nicely laid out. The only thing that could probably be improved is the "Next Phone Brand" question. For me, the answer is "Maybe". It all depends on what is out when it is time to upgrade. Since I just upgraded a few months ago, it's not a Yes or No answer yet.

I couldn't arrange on my phone either using Chrome. Question 4,primary factor, you should add screen size. I got my note 2 primarily because of the large screen. Of course cost is a factor too, if it was $300 retail, I would pass. Luckily I got it for $37
