Why do Google Services refuse to load on my LG G3 (Play store, Drive etc.)?

LG G3 Google Issues (Play store, Drive etc.)

I have gotten a new LG G3, and google services refuse to load. I have deleted data and cleared the cache in many Google services, factory resetted, and created new google account with no change. Whenever I try to go on a Google service, they work for a couple minutes after a reboot. After awhile (10-20 minutes) they simply show the infinitely circling loading indicator with no change. I am on lollipop, and my network works well for any other services. Any help is appreciated, thanks!

Welcome to Android Central! Does this occur on wi-fi as well? Have you spoken to your carrier about this, if it's happening primarily on mobile data?

Thanks for you're reply. No, this is occurring on wifi primarily, and has occurred on multiple different networks. I'm on a limited data plan, and barely have enough to browse a few web pages, defiantly not enough to test Google services. All other android devices, both my friends and family, work on the wifi networks, and none have had any issues with this.

Make sure your time and date are correct, and check your Advanced Wi-fi Settings to see if any of those options are turned on. Turn off Wi-fi Optimization and uncheck Avoid Weak Connections.

Hmm, tried that, doesn't work. Might just exchange this phone. My network connection seems good, and the same thing happens on google now. I think the issue might be with google sign in, as google now gives me a friend cloud with a sign in error (both on LTE and WiFi)
