why do half of my widgets dissapear every time i reboot my phone

galaxy 7 edge. Recently updated to android 7.0 (no issues before update) When i reboot, literally half of my widgets are gone. Not only the ones i am using (clock, one note, google, calender, ect), but ones i am not using as well. And they don't just vanish from my home screens, when you go into widgets they are gone as well. They come back after a while, but only in the widgets section. I have to rebuild my screens every time.
