Why do I constantly get a message on my Galaxy Tab A "Google PLay Services has stopped"?

[AC Question]

This message appears every few seconds and stops all activity on my Tab, until I choose "report" or "OK." Then 3 seconds later, it repeats. What can I do to stop it?

Try to clear cache and app data on the Google play services app
