Why do I get an error message when I try to download?

i cant download

Every time I try to download it says download unsuccessful I'm running on WiFi and every thing else is running fine on WiFi. This has been like this for a while. Any solutions?

Which phone do you have? Is that a problem when downloading from the Play Store or somewhere else? You could try clearing cache for the Play Store and the Download manager.
