Why do I get incoming call errors?

On occasion, my Galaxy 4s on an incoming call will throw up an error notification, when it does that the only option is OK to make it go away, when it does that the call gets hung up on with no idea what number or who is calling. What is causing that?

What is the error message?

Have you installed any type of launcher, dial pad app, or secondary calling app, like Skype or Tango?

Do you see the number for the in coming call? Is it one that you know? Could they be using a secondary calling app, like Skype or Tango?

Have you rooted or unlocked your phone?

Have you Googled the error message and any number associated with the error?

Was it happening from the first time you purchased your phone?
Did you accessed the super permission in your device by rooting it ?
if yes than your OS files must have been crashed or corrupted!

doing a factory reset might help you with it
