Try going in to your settings, applications, all apps, find the Google app and clear the data. That should reset the app and may fix the issue.

If your phone has Lookout Security app installed, go to Settings, Accessibility, scroll down to services, tap Lookout, then turn on safe browsing for Lookout Security. That worked for me.

I got that solution from somewhere on the Internet, but I don't remember where. I just know it worked for me.
