Why do I have an app running with no name?

So I have an app in the battery and power saving menu, that does not have any name show up as to what it is... It just shows up as a percentage of how much battery it's used. I've seen 2 or 3 of these percentages show up before on the menu as well. I realize it's showing up as not running anymore but it bothers me not knowing what it actually is. Anyone else have this happen to them?

That's strange. Have you recently uninstalled any app? What happens if you tap on it, can you get any extra information? Full charge your phone and see if it shows up again in the next battery cycle.

All it gives me when I try to click on it is the CPU total and computed power use. There is no other information. And this has been happening since I got the phone. I have charged it up numerous times now. And I've restarted the phone a few times as well. No clue what it is.

You could download a battery monitor app and see if you can get more information next time that weird process shows up. My first choice would be Gsam.

Also, what phone do you have? LG G5?

I do have the G5, yes. And I'll look into that app.
