Why do I have changes in the display resolution and generic looking icons on my Note 3 since the update?

changes in display resolution and generic looking icons on note 3 since update.

the change in the resolution of my screen is similar to switching from high def channels to Non high def channels on your TV and the icons look generic

Welcome to the forums. What device do you have? Are you changing the display in Settings>Display? Are you rooted?
