Why do I have condensation in my rear camera

[AC Question]

Hi guys. I got my S7 yesterday and this morning I was playing with it and obviously I dipped it in water for a second, went on the camera a few hours later and it was completely blurred - its filled with a few drops of water and condensation. Is this normal after an S7 has been submerged? I gathered something like this wouldn't happen with it being water resistant.
