Why do I have incoming server but no outgoing mail server on Galaxy roadrunner email?

incoming server but no outgoing mail server on Galaxy "roadrunner" email

I can receive email from my computer to my Galaxy S3 but
I can never send from my phone to anyone. I utilize the incoming & outgoing server addresses on my computer yet sending on my Galaxy ALWAYS fails...

Set up a new email account on the phone for the RR account. Don't set it up manually, let the phone set it up automatically. If it still doesn't work, call TW tech support (that's who the account is with, right?) and ask them for the correct settings. It's probably an authentication thing - log into POP3 before sending, type of authentication, etc.
