Why do I have lines after editing photos?

Just bought my wife a new S7 edge. She loves to edit photos, and all of the reviews of the phone said it's the best camera on the market. When she edits any photo it lleaves lines in the picture. It looks like it's printed on cardboard. We have used the built in editor that's installed on the phone and also used PicsArt. But those lines always show up. It does not matter where the picture came from, ie: taken with phone, already on SD card, or downloaded. Has anyone else experienced this problem?

Could you upload a photo? I haven't noticed any lines on mine.
