Why do I have to constantly reset my network settings?

Every time I want to connect to the wifi at home or work i have to reset my network settings. I've tried everything including a factory reset. The factory reset helped for a month but now i have the same problem again. I do not have any custom apps besides an app to change the font and an app to change the icon image of my apps. Also when I try to back up my data using my Samsung account it gives me a network error and says it failed to back up.

I have the Samsung Galaxy Note 5.

Have you tried rebooting your network router?

yes i have, it also doesnt work on my work wifi and i know that is not the issue.

If you have a Verizon Note 5, a recent update was released that addresses some WiFi connectivity issues. I have Verizon, but have not had any of the issues that the update addresses.
