why do i have to pay for an app that i have already purchase

today i bought a new game from the playstore. after an hour or so i tried to move it to my cdcard cuz after the download i didn't had enough space to my internal storage. so the move faild and i had to delete the game. sense then i cant redownload the game and it says that a have to repurchase it

How soon did you delete it?

Sounds like you may have been in the refund period.
