Why do I have to see the Bitmoji for Gboard screen everytime I want to use Bitmoji?

This just started a couple days ago and it's driving me nuts! I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app. I have restarted my phone. I have installed and uninstalled the gboard keyboard! nothing works.

I don't think Gboard has ads.
Nothing pops up when I use it.
Perhaps it's another app you've recently installed that's causing it.

Definitely a pop-up from a 3rd party app.
