Why do I have two Play Services running both drawing ram?

why do I have two play services running both drawing ram

Each service is drawing 14 mb ram slowing phone down how do I get to one it seemed to happen after last update. I have a older Verizon droid 3

They are probably linked to different services. I would leave them alone.
