Why do I keep getting the message on my new S9 - "Samsung Galaxy has stopped"!

On certain apps like Contacts in particular, when I open the details I get a pop-up that says "Samsung Galaxy has stopped" or "Samsung Galaxy keeps stopping". It gives me the option to close the app or send feedback. If I wait about 5 seconds it goes away and the app is running fine. I have sent a question to Samsung but never get an answer.

Welcome to Android Central! Go to Settings>Apps, tap Menu>Show System, and then look for an app called Samsung Galaxy. Select it, then Clear Cache. Now see if the problem persists.
