and my Galaxy Tab S8. I've cleared, changed notification settings, but they keep coming back with new ones added. I have no idea what they are.

Those are spam notifications from a website through Chrome. Open Chrome, tap the menu button at the upper right, then Settings>Notifications, scroll down, and look for those spammy websites. Make sure the toggles are turned off for those notifications.

You can also go to Settings>Site Settings (in the Chrome menu, scroll down to the bottom and tap Data Stored, then look for those spammy sites. Tap them, and then tap the garbage can icon to delete the saved data for those sites.

I knew that. Of course I did.
I just pretend to be a little slow on the uptake. Like 12 years slow.
I fooled you all, didn't I?
Why wouldn't I have known this?
No reason, that's why.

I'll just pretend to try this out again. I'll even pretend to make a physical and mental note about it.

Me! Not know this?
As if .. Puhleeeze!
😳

No problem! In the future, be on the lookout for popups that might appear when you visit a website, asking if it's ok to receive notifications from that site. First, make sure to decline that (unless of course it's a legit site that you want to get notifications from), and second, make a note to yourself that the site is probably shady, and you should probably avoid it from now on.
