Why do I keep loosing Outlook?

Hi all, I'm a new Droid user and I love it so far. But for some reason I keep loosing my Outlook emails. At least once a day when I go to the Email Icon I just have a blank page and I need to re-establish the NEW EMAIL account and re-enter all the data for the exchanger. What am I doing wrong or is there a fix for this?

Some more details are definitely needed. Outlook doesn't help much since it refers to the email client on your PC and not the mail server which your smartphone connects to for email. Is this an Exchange account?
