Why do my email on the Edge S7 auto delete

My emails are dropping off after a few days without me deleting them so i can't find them. Can you advise how to stop this?

There's a setting in most email apps (in the email app's Settings area) for the number of days to retain emails. If you have it set to a few days, that's what you get. (They drop off the app, but they're still on the server.)
