Why do my features look so different in Android 5.0.2?

why does mine look different

i just updated my galaxy alpha to android 5.0.2. and i looked at MKBHD's android lollipop features video and he has a lot more features than I do. why don't i have features for example the flashlight. thanks

Samsung always modify their android builds before pushing then to users and they often remove new features in the hope that the new features week make you buy a new phone

Are you on the same carrier? Each carrier modifies the OS, so if you're not on the same carrier that could be why.

As far as the flashlight - try going into the Ok Google screen, push the mic & say "turn flashlight on". I don't have a flashlight app but apparently there's a flashlight on my phone.
