headset button turns on during a call
Samsung galaxy S3 question.
Sure hope someone can help here. When I make a call; the headset button turns ON. (Headset is NOT plugged in !) Talk about annoying---the call goes 'dead' when this happens. I emailed Samsung; they said: Backup the phone, THEN re-set the phone to factory default. I did this; backup worked great, but the phone is still doing this ! ARRRGGG !
