Why do my senso activbuds s-250 not work on my phone

I have gotten senso activbuds s-250 for Christmas, but they will not play music. I can not find any users with android devices so I am asking if they should be able to work on android phones.

I'm not familiar with that model, but after reading a short description...yes they should pair and play music on any Android phone. Do they pair, but not play music? Or do they not pair at all? If they are paired with the phone, is Media Audio checked in Settings > Bluetooth > tap those headphone name ?
