voice quality on S6
90% of the time, when on voice calls using the mobile network, the people I am speaking to have a really hard time hearing me. Many of the calls I am on happen when I am in my car. I normally have a wired pair of earbuds in and when I was using my MotoX, the quality was great. Now, on the S6, I feel like I am in one of those old Verizon commercials... "Can you hear me now?"
I've tried making the calls without the headset and there is really no difference with the quality. Strangely, I can hear everyone just fine. It is the microphone (maybe the algorithm??) that seems to be challenged with any background noise at all.
I switched to Sprint when I got the S6, but am assuming the issue is with the handset and not the carrier. Any thoughts or suggestions on how to improve the quality?
