Why do the colors on my tab s3 turn to bright neon colors upon opening/turning it on?

Sometimes when I open up my tab s3, the colors, especially the color blue, turn to bright neon colors and is hard to look at. I have searched all the settings and cannot find where it is coming from. If I do a restart, it goes back to normal AND will stay normal the whole time I'm using it. It only happens when I turn the tablet on or wake it up in opening the front cover. I'm not sure if I should return it for another one or not. I do not have negative colors checked. Thanjs
