My first guess is becuase it is Phone Arena. I don't trust them on camera stuff at all.

The photos are not fuzzy at all. It's because you have a bad screen. I have a good screen and the photos look really good.

If you click on the photos so that they open up the larger version of the picture, they look good. I think the weird background that they are using is a bad choice.

I'm playing back the photos on my Samsung 4K TV(55"), so I guess
a 1920x1080 picture being enlarged doesn't look too good. (either
that... or my Samsung TV hates photos taken with LG phones )

It has to be your Samsung TV hates photos taken with the G4. Its the only possible reason.
