Why does camera take so long to focus?

I noticed compared tomy s3 the camera lags when i move it around and it takes forever to focus....am i missing some setting here? pleasehelp.on my s3 it was quick and instant.

I agree. My SG3 focued quick, but the LG pictures are much better! I always had a hard time to focus on what i actually wanted to focus on, and this phone is excellent for that.

I was going to post this same thing today because I wanted to make sure this was normal behavior. There are time when I press the shutter button, and it's a good 5 seconds before the pic is finally taken. Other times it's instant.

I agree though; the pics are great.
