why does it keep saying insufficient storage when i try to download an app

Every time I try to download an app it says insufficient storage and I've uninstalled apps and cleaned out all of the cache

It depends on how much storage your device actually has, sometimes uninstalling a few apps or clearing cache, might not be enough. You can check it by going to settings and clicking on storage. Some apps might require more storage than others. Also to make more space on your device, you can move your content to a cloud storage or PC.
