Why does my 7 inch prontotec tablet keep erasing all my apps

Rarely, when I turn on my tablet, it lags so I reboot it. Then, when I reboot the device, almost all of my apps were gone, including system apps like google play (which i had to reinstall and stuff). Im no sure I guess this is a blessing in disguise because all my bloatware is gone but it is kind of annoying and unexpected. Can anyone help me? Its always something with this device :/





Everything is fixed now but id still like to know what causes this

Hi again--we've discussed your tablet in another thread. The firmware on your device just seems very glitchy. When that happens, does it seem like the device did a complete factory reset?

Hello again to you!

Yea, it does seem like it does a facrory reset. All my apps, data, files, and folders are just gone. Even system apps are reased too. Then, after I reboot the device a couple of times and do some stuff, everything fixes itself.

Also, it erased my google play app and system apps related to google play so I had to go online and install everything like google play services. After I did that and rebooted the device, everything went back to the way it was before.

Very strange behavior. All I can say is, don't plan on keeping any important or sensitive information on the tablet--you don't want to lose it unexpectedly!

Great advice, I am going to put all my important documents on dropbox, I dont want to lose them. I am going to get a better device by the end of 2015, this is torture! :O
