why does my alarm icon stay on my LG Stylo 5

[Android Central Question]

I've even tried to turn the alarm off Evan deleted the alarm settings and everything but the alarm icon stays on does anyone know what I can do and I have also tried restarting my phone

Welcome to Android Central! Where are you seeing the alarm icon -- in the status bar? Does an alarm actually go off, or is it just the presence of the icon that bothers you?

Try long press your alarm clock app then tap info>scroll to storage>clear data and back.out then force stop it
