Why does my Android 5.0.2 show the wrong picture in a call?

android 5.0.2 shows wrong picture in call.

I own a samsung A3, when calling or receiving calls from contacts without their own picture my cell shows picture of previous call. this causes me to answer unwanted calls because f.e. I see my mom's face while the number it's not hers!
