Why does my Android System have an update failure Droid Razr m xt907?

why Android System update failure Droid Razr m xt907

I was updating motorola droid razr m xt907 from 4.1.2
Steps i performed:
1. Setting -> About Phone ->System Update
2. After download complete. A pop up appeared with Install Later and Install Now
3. I selected Install Now.

Phone turned off and started installing with Android picture and progress bar.
On progress bar complete, Phone is now blank/black screen.

I was waiting that it will turn ON by Auto. But it wasn't. After waiting i tried myself to turn it ON.
But it is not Turning ON. What's happened with it?

Welcome to Android Central! Was the phone plugged in? How was the battery level during the update? Is it possible it ran out of battery during the update?

Try pressing and holding the Power button for about 15-20 seconds.
