Why does my audio skip when using Bluetooth speaker with my Galaxy S3?

I have a Galaxy S3 phone. Recently, the audio has been skipping when I use a bluetooth speaker. I have a Fugoo Style. It happens when I stream Pandora or my local radio station. It will play perfectly for about 20 minutes, then the audio begins skipping. If I turn off the application and restart it, the skipping stops, but resumes again after 20 minutes. I have tried unpairing my speaker, uninstalling an reinstalling the apps and nothing seems to help.
