Whenever I use my Galaxy Note 2 for more than 10 minutes it'll freeze and I have to take the battery put and restart it. But whenever I turn it back on it'll have drained down to like 4% or something. It does this so often that I have to carry my charger everywhere because it'll always do it while i'm out too. I tend to end up charging my phone about 3/4 times a day because it does this. It also drains super quick even when it's not being used. I'll charge it before I go to bed and wake up to find it on 80%.
My dad had this phone for 2 years before me and never had these problems and I don't even have many apps, just basic stuff like Facebook, messenger, YouTube and Kik.
Sometimes it'll just randomly restart itself too. Know what the problem is? and how I can fix it? Thanks
