because my charger is not good

Before you need to recharge, what do your battery usage stats indicate, in Settings, Battery, Battery Usage? In other words, what is using the battery charge?

If the battery is not charging fully, or is charging slowly, the fault may be with the charger, USB lead, USB port, or battery. Tell us exactly what your experience is and we'll try to diagnose further.
