Why does my Droid Maxx keep turning on?

[AC Question]

Droid maxx keeps turning on.

It keeps turning on. I'll be texting and it'll show the powering in screen and boot up. It does it about 4 times a day. Its also recently been stuck on sleep screen no matter what it won't turn on.
