Why does my Galaxy A5 battery always show at 100?

my samsung GALAXY A5 ,BATTERY IS ALWAY SHOW 100% WHAT COULB BE THE REASON

Although it show 100% .it use to shutdown suddenly.after plugging it to charger can be turn on again.but even then the battery still show 100% please help

Welcome to Android Central! Try booting into Recovery Mode and wiping the cache partition, which won't erase any personal data. Follow the steps in this video, but instead of selecting Wipe Data/Factory Reset, make sure you select Wipe Cache Partition. When complete, then select Reboot System Now.

Oh and by the way, your CAPS LOCK key seems to be stuck on--you can turn it off.
